Chuck Smith

Chuck has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry and is the guiding force behind PPI’s unique business model and rapid expansion. Chuck was PPI's first General Manager and assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in 1996. Under his tutelage, PPI grew from an aggressive start-up into the industry leader it is today. Chuck is considered one of the pioneers in PC-based transaction processing and an expert in merchant banking, security and transaction processing solutions.
Eddie Myers

Eddie Myers joined PPI in 2004 as EVP/General Manager and was appointed President and COO in July 2007. Eddie is responsible for supervising the day-to-day aspects of PPI including operations, human resources, business development, and customer service and management. Eddie previously worked at Paymentech where he held various sales and management positions over a span of nine years. Prior to Paymentech, he held a number of technical and marketing positions with Verifone and NDC. Eddie is an active member of the Electronic Transaction Association (ETA) and a current member of the ETA Board of Directors.
Jim Condon

Jim Condon joined PPI in December 2007 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Jim is responsible for overseeing financial operations at PPI including capital structure, budgeting, financial reporting and communication with the investor community. Prior to PPI, Jim was chief operating officer (COO) and CFO of GetWellNetwork, COO for EduCap, Inc., chief executive officer (CEO) of SecureMethods, and sequentially held the positions of CFO, COO and CEO at CyberCash, the first publically traded Internet payments company. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Johns Hopkins University and a MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Chuck Riegel joined PPI in 2004 as EVP, Software Products & Partners. Leveraging his twenty+ years of technology management experience, Chuck manages the Strategic Sales, Software Partnerships and Technology initiatives to continually expand PPI’s position within the technology sector. He has held executive-level positions with technology companies including Cybercash, Virtus, Seer Technologies, Legent Corporation, Business Software Technology, Ecutel and Software AG.
Jeff Dorman

A member of PPI's Board of Directors, Jeffrey Dorman has been the organizations's legal and business consultant since 1996. In 2006, he joined PPI as its General Counsel with additional responsibilities for business development in legal practice management solutions. Jeff’s prior business experience includes executive leadership roles with the Dorman-Winthrop Men’s Clothing retail stores, 4-Day Tire stores and KWVE-FM radio. Jeff practiced law with firms in Los Angeles and San Diego. He is a graduate of Pepperdine Law School.
Joe Monteil

Joe Monteil joined PPI in 2008 as Senior Vice President, IT Infrastructure and was appointed CIO in January 2009. Joe is responsible for the day-to-day aspects of PPI’s technical operations including software engineering, quality assurance, data center operations, corporate IT and technical product management. A 20-year + IT veteran, Joe held executive and C-level positions with technical companies including Managed Objects, CyberCash/VeriSign, CareerBuilder, KPMG and Legent Corporation/Computer Associates.
